New Address

If you are planning to establish a new home or business that currently has no address

Update Address

If an address already exists and you need to:

  • Get utilities turned on

  • Update resident information

  • Adding a non-residential structure to property with an existing address

Complete the Form

Complete the 911 Request Form for a digital recording of an emergency call that was placed in the parish. Once the call is located, you will receive an invoice.

Any calls with a pending criminal court case will NOT be approved.

Pay Invoice

Once the request form is received, an invoice will be sent. Each incident is $10 and will include all 911 calls placed specific to that incident.

 

We accept cash/check/debit.

There will be a service fee for debit.

Receive Recording

Once payment is received, you will receive a digital recording via e-mail with any 911 calls placed relating to the incident(s).

911 Sign Replacement

To request a new 911 sign, please submit the form below. We will need this to update the resident's emergency contact information first. The first replacement is free. Additional replacements are $15
