These are minimal fees added to each person or business's phone bill each month. The fee amount varies depending on the line type which can be found below. The money is collected by the customer's service provider during bill payment and remitted back to the 911 Office.

The collected amount is our primary source of funding and allows us to update and maintain the Richland Parish Emergency Call Center.
